As a Black Woman Owned company, Prescott Solutions is beholden only to our clients, our consultants and our staff. Portia Prescott, CEO/President, is the force behind Prescott Solutions. Her extensive experience with the technology space has helped her keep Prescott Solutions as a boutique technology firm that works with a vibrant recruiting team. Because we are boutique we have also formed strong partnership relationships with larger staffing agencies that want to help our clients.

Prescott Solutions is a reflection of Portia’s entrepreneurial pioneer spirit, passion, personal drive, and perseverance to sustain top talent in the technology industry.

A Brown University-educated Executive and acknowledged leader in specialized staffing, our CEO Portia has recruited former C-level executives, change management leaders, federal government consultants, PR experts, engineering resources, Lean Six Sigma professionals, aerospace specialists, and supply chain professionals from major corporations.

Prior to Prescott Solutions, Portia experienced various industry platforms that have helped her cultivate innovative strategies for competency based recruiting and consulting. She has worked in the entertainment and political industry all the way into the energy industry and along the way fostered a top tiered talent pool of consultants in the technology space. She successfully placed candidates from a wide variety of technology disciplines locally, nationwide and globally.

For over 15 years, Portia has been an established Leader in the Denver Business Community and Political community as well. She has been a member of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Diversity Business Group, The Colorado Leadership Council for The White House Project; a Founding Member of The Virtual Exchange and a Member of the Board of Directors for ExecConnect. She is currently a Board Member of the Center for African American Health in Colorado.
